Sibylle Lehner advises and represents private individuals, companies, and public institutions in all aspects of real estate law – both in public and private law matters. Her practice covers the entire real estate lifecycle, including planning, development, use, management, sale, and succession.
Her focus lies in public construction and planning law, neighbor law, real estate transactions (purchase and sale), tenancy law, and other related areas. She represents clients before administrative bodies and courts, as well as in out-of-court negotiations and disputes.
With many years of experience, including at an administrative court, Sibylle Lehner is skilled in analyzing complex legal issues. She is committed to developing clear, reliable solutions that balance legal, economic, and practical considerations.
Beyond her legal practice, Sibylle Lehner is a board member of both a political party and a municipal authority. She also serves on corporate boards and acts as a legal guardian appointed by the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB).
