As a construction lawyer, Marius Reinhardt will assist his clients in all areas of planning and construction law, both in contentious and non-contentious matters. Another focus of his work is assisting clients with real estate transactions and complex project developments as well as drafting urban development contracts (including compensation of planning advantages). He also regularly deals with issues relating to tenancy, corporate and foundation law. In addition to legal aspects, Marius Reinhardt also takes economic, strategic and tactical considerations into account. He advises and represents the public sector, investors, companies and private individuals.

Marius Reinhardt enjoys devoting his free time to architecture and art history and is involved in various associations and societies as president or board member. He is also a lecturer at the Lucerne School of Engineering and Architecture (HSLU) and at the University of Zurich (CUREM) in the areas of construction and environmental law.
