Christoph Schärli specializes in public construction and planning law as well as public procurement law/submission law, commercial administrative law and related areas of law. He has many years of experience in advising on complex planning, construction, infrastructure and procurement projects (in particular in the areas of construction, healthcare, energy and IT). He represents and advises public and private propterty developers, architects, companies, public contracting authorities and suppliers.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, his professional passion is the transfer of knowledge. He holds a position as lecturer at the Lucerne School of Engineering an Architecture (HSLU) in the areas of construction and planning law. At the ZHAW (Zurich University of Applied Sciences), he lectures in the field of public procurement law. Additionally, he regularly gives training courses on procurement and administrative law for municipalities and other organisations (e.g. VZGV Zurich).
